Shipping Policy:


We ship the products all over India.
We ship through reputed courier companies including Xpressbees, BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express and others to ensure safe and fast delivery as per serviceability of shipping PIN Code .
Delivery can take 2-4 working days for metro cities and 4-7 working days for rest of the India.
If Product is in stock, we dispatch the product with in 48 hours of your order otherwise we will inform you by mail about availability of the product with in 2-3 days.
Any delay caused by courier company or India post is not our responsibility.


Refund and Returns Policy:


Note: This policy is applicable only if bought from www.mytechmart.in If you have purchased from other physical/online stores and marketplaces please refer their return policy. To keep a track of each and every incident, we prefer a written mode of communication for logging and legal purposes.



5 Days Return Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and as such have a liberal return policy. We will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 5 DAYS of delivery receipt of the product. Complaints received after 5 days of delivery are not liable for a refund or replacement, hence you need to report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once the return request has been generated. If 5 days have gone by since product was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund. You can ship the product to our warehouse or we can arrange the pickup for you at your own cost, please see the Return/Refund Process section below.



Returns/Refunds and Exchange are valid only under the conditions mentioned below:

1. Delay in Delivery: In case the product is not received within 15 working days of your order, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the you within 15 working days. We will not be responsible for delays in refund due to delays caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays.
2. Different Product Received: If the product received is different from the order placed the customer must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
3. Damaged Product Received: If the product received is damaged the customer must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with original packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing items need to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product.

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable).
1. The product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and complete with packaging and accessories.
2. Multiple product unit failure within 5 days of delivery of each unit.
3. Obvious Signs of Use, any item not in its original condition; is damaged; missing parts for reasons not known will not be eligible for refund.
4. No returns/replacements will be provided for improper use of the product, electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
5. Refunds are only issued for regular-priced products, and not for products that were purchased on sale.
6. Any product that may have been damaged or defected or is missing parts that are not due to our error are not liable for replacement or refund.
6. Items cannot be returned/refunded 5 days after delivery.



Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. For other scenarios, a coupon worth the product value will be issued that can be used to avail discount at Mytechmart.in for further purchase.

Refunds delay in case of Online-Payment

If you have not received a refund yet, we request you to please check with your bank first. Then contact your digital payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you still do not see the money credited to your account, we request you to write us at support@mytechmart.in

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Self-Ship-Back Policy

To return your product, please mail/courier your product to our warehouse. Shipping charges to be borne by the customer. Please consider using a trackable shipping service as we do not take liability of the product till it reaches our warehouse.

Return/Refund Process (Self-Ship)


Self-Ship-Back Policy


1. If your product is within the return window, please send an email to support@Mytechmart.in requesting approval. The support team will respond to the request within 48 hrs providing you with further details of where to ship the return.
2. Please self-ship the product within 2 days after return request is approved, please refer to the Ship-Back Policy.
3. Please ensure that the product is returned to our warehouse within 10 days post approval. Please consider using a trackable shipping service as we do not take liability of the product till it reaches our warehouse.
4. The product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and complete with packaging and accessories.
5. Please make sure to pack the return product properly. We will not be liable if the product is damaged in transit during return.
6. Once the product is returned and received by the warehouse, the warehouse team will check and verify the return.
7. Once everything is verified, your refund will be processed after deducting shipping and restocking fee. If the product is found damaged, no refund will be provided.
8. We usually process all refunds within 15 working days after the warehouse receiving your returns.

Ship-Back Policy (Reverse Shipping by Mytechmart)

1. Mytechmart may initiate the reverse shipping via partnered courier services by an E-trackable link and the shipping charges borne by the Mytechmart.
2. We have reverse shipping service available in more than 27000 pin codes across India. However, if reverse shipping is not available on the customer’s shared pin code by any means, then the customer has to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
3. In case of Reverse Shipping by Mytechmart, if the customer does not hand over the product when pickup is attempted by courier person or refuses to handover the package, re-instatement amount may be deducted from the refund the amount to re-initiate the pickup or opt for Self-Ship process.

Return/Refund Process (Reverse Shipping by Mytechmart)

1. For Reverse Shipping, your product should be within the 5 Day return window. Please refer our 5 Day Return and Refund Policy.
2. Write an email to support@mytechmart.in requesting approval for reverse shipping. The support team will respond to the request within 48 hrs providing you with further details of return instatement via our courier partner. Once the reverse shipping process is started, there cannot be any modification in the process, customer name, phone number or address.
3. After Approval, take a copy of the invoice (if required), highlight the product you are returning, and pack it along in the return package.
4. Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package as per 7 Day Return and Refund Policy. Along with the invoice, paste the return tag received over the email on the returning package. Ensure that the parcel is properly packed. The pick-up return tag with AWB number and return address should be pasted on the top of the parcel.
5. Hand over the parcel to our courier partner.
6. The product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and complete with packaging and accessories.
7. Once the product is returned and received by the warehouse, the warehouse team will check and verify the return.
8. Once everything is verified, your refund will be processed after deducting Forward and Reverse Shipping Cost. If the product is found damaged, no refund will be provided.
9. We usually process all refunds within 7 working days of the warehouse receiving your returns.
10. After Approval, the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment in case of a refund .


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY :



You can only cancel the order before the product is shipped. In order to cancel the order, you can write to us at mytechmart.in@gmail.com or contact us. To keep a track of each and every incident, we prefer a written mode of communication for logging purposes.
Once order is shipped, no cancellation will be done on our end. You can refuse to take the parcel once it reaches you. In case you want to cancel the order before the product is being dispatched from our courier partner, we issue a 100% Refund in form of a Coupon Code which can be used to avail discount on your next purchase at mytechmart.in
If an order is failed or cancelled and money gets deducted from your account, then your paid amount will be automatically refunded back to your card or account whichever is applicable.
If an order is cancelled by our end for any reason, we will refund the full amount back to your account or card whichever is applicable within 15 working days.
If an order is prepaid and the customer did not accept, receive, or collect the courier or return the courier then shipping charges and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount and the rest will be refunded back after evaluating the issue. .
If an order is COD and the customer did not accept, receive, or collect the courier or return the courier, we will not allow such customer to make COD orders at mytechmart.in as per our COD Policy.
In case the customer does not take the delivery of the product when attempted by the courier person or refuses to receive the package during delivery, as per our policies, we will not be able to refund the full amount.
